Founder & Chief Experience Maker.
My Airbnb journey was fairly typical. I wanted to spend more time with family overseas and had recently designed and renovated the perfect Airbnb space. I turned to a few of the top-tier Airbnb property management companies to take care of our place while I was away, but found they weren’t delivering the kind of guest experience we wanted them to have.
Experience Making
I left my corporate career in tech start-ups and retrained in Interior Design. Working alongside one of APAC's largest Proptech companies for 4 years, gave me invaluable insights. I worked as a strategic partner building one of AU's most successful Airbnb portfolios. This involved concept and interior design, undertaking fit outs, optimising low performing properties as well as managing the end to end guest experience.
Results
Today's Cleary & Co. property portfolio is currently ranked as one of AU's top performing. All of our client properties are in the top 10% of Airbnb listings worldwide. We are guest experience gurus, always aiming for the stars. We combine this approach with a strategic commercial outlook to optimise your property performance.
The Team.
It's a family affair here at Cleary & Co. literally. I am a creative with big ideas and my other half Neil is the operational and practical one. He keeps me on the straight and narrow. There's also our trusty assistant Baxter, a 16 year old JRT X Whippet, known as B Man to his friends.
Our team comprises of local staff who actually care. They are dedicated to our properties and provide a 5 Star service to our guests. We are unique as we are local experts providing a personalised service to our owners, we are on hand and nearby always ready to help out.
Where it started...
My Airbnb journey started after I retrained in interior design and undertook a large scale renovation and fit out on this old student house in the inner West. It's been featured in ad campaigns, rented for wedding stays and hosted some fabulous guests.

When things go wrong, which inevitably they do, we know how to handle it. After all, we've heard it all before...
